We had to take a ferry to Isabela it was 1 hour and 30 minutes long. When we got there we went to our hotel it was called hostal Jeniffer. The next day we had a tour it was to Los Tuneles. We went snorkelling and saw heaps of animals like seahorses, pufferfishes, eagle rays, turtels, sharks and heaps more. The sharks weren’t dangerous because they were white tiped sharks which only eat small fish. We had a boat ride back and had a stop at a different bit of Los Tuneles where we saw blue footed boobie birds. With the chicks you could see the difference in their feet. White for the chick and blue for the adult. (And on the boat ride we saw a humngeuos manta ray. We think it was one because it was big). When we got back to the hotel we had a rest because the tour was tiring. (Swimming for an hour against a current). The next day we went to a tortoise farm and saw different tortoises we had’nt seen before. After the tortoise farm we went to a lagoon where we saw flamingos. A bit later we went to different lagoon where we went snorkling. We saw lot’s of cool stuff (turtles, sharks, eagle rays and penguins). At this lagon my sister got bit by a seal. He was just playing trying to lightly bring her into the water again. Later we went to the beach for a bit and got knocked over by a big wave. The next day we went to the same lagoon. This time my dad got to swim with two penguins. They were playing jumping up and down out of the water. When my dad was with the penguins they came so close only a centimeter away. They were going to peck his goggles off. The next day we took a ferry back to Santa Marta. While waiting for the ferry to come two penguins came close by only a few meters away and boobie birds were diving into the water (cool ending to Isabela). On the way there my dad saw two albatrosses and we were asleep but later I woke up and saw one too.
